We have permission to submit our orders by phone, all together as a troop, on the night of our meeting, Tuesday November 4th (Election night). All orders need to be in to me at that meeting or get them in my hand before that time. If one person would also help to summarise those orders at that meeting it would help a great deal. At the end of the meeting (8:30) I'll call it in. Done. Pick up date and time TBA

Popcorn order pickup is scheduled for the evening of November 14th (usually several hours around the 6PM time). I will not be available the 14th so we'll need a volunteer to go to Bradford to pickup the order and either hang on to it until Tues. night's meeting or we could organize a pickup / distribution meeting that night or soon thereafter... whatever works best for folks. This is a topic for desision during this coming week's meeting. (Someone remind me, please.)
